We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was very well located. Close to the bus station and to the beach. Stores were nearby and restaurants as well. However we didn’t need to go out very much because the restaurants at the property were very good. We have breakfast and dinner at their La Plaza restaurant. We liked the variety and freshness of the food. Also liked that during dinner time different cuisines were offered and most of the food was prepared on the spot so you could see the fresh produce and how it was made. The hotel stuff was amazing and we had pleasant first family vacation there. If ever in the area would return for sure.

The hotel is top class. We got upgraded to a fab suite. The staff the facilities ,pools, dining, breakfast everything was exceptional .I would love to give this a 10 out of 10 rating however the security is lacking and we found out first hand. My pool bag was stolen and the contents value plus replacements cost about €700 .

The hotel was the best we had after traveling since sept 9.. It was perfect....beautiful modern super clean staff was sooi nice food was excellent room amazing clean comfortable modern

Amazing Hotel, staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is really clean and provides everything you need. Gorgeous rooftop- (adults only pool) with day beds that follow the sun, massive bar and restaurant.

Absolutely top room service. Perfectly clean and comfortable rooms. We had family suite with 2 separate bedrooms which is more than good for 3 persons stay. Great variety of meal selection at breakfasts and dinners. You do not need to look for anything outside the hotel.

The breakfast was really awersome. We stayed there for two weeks, and everyday we could pick something different. The hotel's location is great: 10-15 min from the beach and just across the road from the bus station from which you can go to other cities. The pool size is good and there are plenty of sunbeds around. Also, there is a nice spa to hide away during rainy day, so we were not sad with the weather. We also liked both rooftop and ground floor restaurants. They have some things to impress! We would like to visit this hotel again in future!

We travelled in a large group of adults and children. The family rooms are amazing, the balcony’s are large and you can sunbathe from there, the beds are comfy and the rooms are clean. The food is delicious and the staff are really helpful. Once staff member in particular Javi couldn’t do enough for us, he was definitely the nicest staff member. The roof top bar and pool are lovely. The hotel is an ideal place to explore Lloret. The pool area never felt crowded definitely the nicest hotel in the area we would return.

The hotel was lovely, very fresh and clean. The breakfast was brilliant and lots to choose from. Spa was beautiful. One of the best I have been in.

Very friendly and service-minded personal(especially the man at the reception) Nice clean room and comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast buffet. And the location that is very close to busstation, shopping area and not so far from beach.
